In short

This website uses no cookies, no tracking, no analytics, no advertising and no forms. Images, fonts and scripts come from this server only. The one exception is the optional trailer video on the Nibble Blaster page: it is loaded from YouTube only after you click play (see YouTube trailer below).

Server log files

When you visit this website, the web server automatically records technical data: your IP address, date and time of the request, the requested page, the HTTP status code, the amount of data sent, the referring page and your browser's user agent.

This data is needed to deliver the website, to keep it secure and to find errors. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log files are deleted after two months. They are not merged with other data and not passed on, except where we are legally obliged to do so.

Contact by e-mail

If you write to us, we process your e-mail address and the content of your message to answer you. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your message relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, otherwise our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete the correspondence once the matter is settled, unless legal retention periods apply.

YouTube trailer

Trailers are hosted on YouTube. When you open the page, no connection to YouTube is made. You only see a preview image from this server. YouTube is contacted only if you click the preview to play the video.

If you do, your browser loads the YouTube player from YouTube's servers. We use the privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). YouTube then receives at least your IP address, the address of the page you are on, information about your browser and device, and the fact that you started the video. YouTube can also store or read information on your device, for example cookies or local storage, and may use the data for its own purposes. If you are logged in to a Google account, it may be linked to that account. We have no influence on this and do not receive any of this data.

The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Data may also be processed by its parent company Google LLC in the USA. For transfers to the USA, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework applies. You can check Google's current certification at www.dataprivacyframework.gov. More information is in Google's privacy policy.

The legal basis is your consent, which you give by clicking the preview (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and section 165(3) of the Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021). Without that click the video is not loaded and no data is sent. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future, for example by deleting the cookies and site data for YouTube in your browser and not starting the video again.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. To exercise them, write to the e-mail address above.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Austria this is the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde), Barichgasse 40-42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at.
